A few weeks ago, Steve and Mario began organizing an evening at the Kaleta Humphries Theater in Turtle Creek. The play/musical was being put on by the Uptown Players.

We've been to the Kaleta Humphries theatre numerous times before with various people. It's a small venue, ideal for these small productions. It is down in Turtle Creek between Lemmon Avenue and Blackburn.

This page is being created over a year later, and I have looked around for the program from that evening but can't locate it, so I can't tell you much about the production itself.

There were six of us in attendance; and you can see everybody but me in the picture at right. Down at the end is Fred, of course, then one friend of Steve and Mario's, Mario, Steve, and another of their friends. I, of course, am taking the picture.

Although I can't remember what the play/musical was about, I did take a few pictures during the production:

It was an entertaining production, and when it was over and the lights came up, I used my phone to capture a panoramic view of the inside of the theatre:

It was an enjoyable evening, and we thank Steve and Mario for organizing it.
