The fifth (and last) major event of our South American Odyssey was the time we spent in Lima, Peru. We actually spent three days there, counting the day we flew in from Cuzco, which gave us only an afternoon on that first day. Lima was very, very interesting- and very, very large.

We'll be getting up early on the 20th to head back to the Cuzco airport. The four of us will then fly from Cuzco back to Lima, Peru, where we will take a taxi to the high-rise condo AirBnB that Greg found online. Our first order of business will be to meet the owner, get let in to the condo, and talk to him a bit about how everything works.

The rest of the 20th and the next two days will be spent exploring Lima before our flights home on the evening of the 22nd.

On the map at right, you can orient yourself to Cuzco and to Lima- Lima, as you can see, being right on the Pacific Ocean. As if you couldn't figure it out yourself, I've also marked the route of our flight back here from high in the mountains where Cuzco is located.
